（3）项目负责人应具备有效的建筑工程专业二级及以上注册建造师执业资格，同时具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书。
（4）本项目专门面向中小微企业。
本次招标需要网上投标，响应单位必须获得上海市电子签名认证证书（CA认证证书）。
